Overview:
BOYSEN Acrytex™ Cast B-1711 is a solvent-based acrylic putty designed to repair hairline cracks and surface imperfections on masonry, concrete, wood, and fiber cement boards. It also serves as a durable texturing material when applied by spray.

System & Application Guidelines:
Surface Preparation:
Cure new concrete for 14–28 days.
Clean surfaces thoroughly, removing loose paint, chalk, and mildew.
Sand wood smooth and remove dust.
For chalky surfaces, apply Boysen Chalk Blocker prior to priming.
Priming:
Prime bare surfaces using Acrytex Primer B-1705 before applying cast.
Application:
Putty: Apply with a putty knife to fill imperfections. Allow to dry and spot-prime before topcoating.
Texture: Spray with mortar gun, then flatten with a damp wooden roller after 10–15 minutes.
Topcoating:
After putty or texture application, finish with at least two coats of Acrytex Topcoat.
