Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Ensure surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, dirt, grease, or loose paint. New concrete must be fully cured (minimum 28 days). Neutralize new concrete with Davies® Concrete Neutralizer DV 100-X if needed.

Priming:

Use Davies® Acry-Color™ Flat White or appropriate masonry primer to seal porous surfaces and enhance topcoat adhesion.

Application Methods:

Brush, roller, or spray

Thinning:

• Thin with up to ½ liter of clean water per 4L for brush or roller
• For spray application, thin slightly more if needed

Drying Time:

• Touch Dry: 30 minutes
• Recoat: 2–3 hours

Coverage:

25–30 square meters per 4L per coat (depending on surface porosity)

Finish:

Flat / Low Sheen (varies by color and surface)

Available in 1L, 4L, and 16L

Color Availability:

Available in white and a wide variety of colors via Davies Color It!™ tinting system

Topcoat Compatibility:

May be used as a topcoat or base for:

• Davies® Sun & Rain®

Safety & Clean-Up:

• Apply in a well-ventilated area
• Clean tools and spills with water immediately after use
• Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place
