Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Clean surface thoroughly to remove dust, oil, mildew, and flaking paint. For new concrete, allow 28 days curing and neutralize with Davies® Concrete Neutralizer DV-100-X.

Priming:

Apply a compatible water-based primer such as Davies® Megacryl Concrete Primer for best results.

Application Methods:

Brush, roller, or airless spray

Thinning:

Thin with clean water as needed (max ½ liter per 4L for brush/roller; more for spray)

Drying Time:

• Touch Dry: 30 minutes
• Recoat: 2–3 hours

Coverage:

25–30 square meters per 4L per coat (depending on surface porosity)

Premium Smooth Matte
