Davies® Classitex™ DV-55-03 is a premium-quality, decorative textured coating formulated to provide a durable, gloss white finish with fine texture. Specially designed for both interior and exterior surfaces, it enhances plain walls with a stylish, textured effect while offering long-lasting protection against weather, dirt, hairline cracks, and surface imperfections.

This acrylic-based coating delivers a rich, glossy look with a subtle sand-like texture, making it perfect for architectural applications where both beauty and function are required. It’s ideal for concrete, masonry, drywall, and properly primed wood or metal surfaces.

Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, mildew, and loose paint. New concrete should be allowed to cure for at least 28 days. Use Davies® Concrete Neutralizer DV-100-X if necessary.

Priming:

Apply a suitable primer like Davies® Megacryl Concrete Primer for improved adhesion.

Application Methods:

Brush, roller (textured), or spray gun (high-pressure with appropriate nozzle)

Thinning:

Ready-to-use. If necessary, add clean water up to 5% for ease of application.

Drying Time:

• Touch Dry: 1–2 hours
• Recoat: 4–6 hours
• Full Cure: 5–7 days

Coverage:

5–7 square meters per 4L per coat (depending on surface texture and porosity)

Finish:

Glossy with a fine, sand-like texture
