Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Ensure surface is dry, clean, and free of loose debris, oil, grease, or previous failing coatings. Best results are achieved on prepared concrete or asphalt surfaces.

Application Methods:

Brush, roller, line striping machine, or spray

Thinning:

Use Davies® CRB Reducer as needed (typically 10–15%) depending on application method

Drying Time:

• Touch Dry: 10–15 minutes
• Light Traffic: 30–45 minutes
• Full Cure: 24 hours

Coverage:

25–30 square meters per 4L per coat (depending on line thickness and surface porosity)

Finish:

Flat to low sheen, non-glare finish (safety compliant)

Topcoat Compatibility:

Used as final topcoat. May be combined with Davies® Reflectorized Beads for added night visibility (sprinkled while wet).

• Use in a well-ventilated area or with appropriate PPE
• Avoid inhalation of fumes or skin contact
• Clean tools with Davies® CRB Reducer immediately after use
• Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place
