Overview

Davies® ElastoFlexx™ EFT-100 is a high-performance elastomeric topcoat designed for use in the ElastoFlexx™ Coating System to deliver flexible, long-lasting protection against hairline cracks, water intrusion, and UV degradation. Formulated with advanced 100% acrylic polymers, it forms a tough, elastic, and waterproof film that stretches with substrate movement—ideal for concrete walls, facades, parapets, and exterior masonry surfaces.

This white, weather-resistant topcoat provides a seamless, breathable barrier that prevents moisture penetration while allowing vapor to escape, making it suitable for both residential and commercial exteriors.

System Application (Recommended Coating System):

1. Primer: Apply Davies® ElastoFlexx™ Primer (EF-001)
2. Midcoat: Apply Davies® ElastoFlexx™ Basecoat (EFB-200)
3. Topcoat: Finish with Davies® ElastoFlexx™ Topcoat EFT-100 (White)

Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Ensure surface is dry, clean, sound, and free from dust, grease, and laitance. Repair cracks or spalled areas before painting.

Application Method:

Brush, roller, or airless spray

Thinning:

Thin with clean water (maximum 5–10%) if necessary

Drying Time:

• Touch Dry: 1–2 hours
• Recoat: 4–6 hours
• Full Cure: 7 days

Coats Required:

2–3 coats for optimal performance (over recommended primer and basecoat)

Coverage:

6–8 square meters per liter per coat (depending on surface texture and porosity)

Flat/Matte, White

Topcoat Compatibility:
