Davies® Elastogel™ Ultra is a high-performance 100% acrylic elastomeric waterproofing paint formulated to provide superior flexibility, weather resistance, and long-term protection for exterior concrete and masonry surfaces. It forms a seamless, elastic membrane that effectively seals hairline cracks and prevents water infiltration, even under harsh tropical weather conditions.

Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Clean surface thoroughly. Remove dust, dirt, mildew, loose paint, or efflorescence. Repair major cracks and allow surface to dry completely. New concrete must cure for at least 28 days.

Priming:

Use Davies® Elastogel™ Ultra Primer or a compatible acrylic primer to enhance adhesion and seal porous substrates.

Application Methods:

Brush, roller, or airless spray

Thinning:

Use as is or thin with up to ½ liter of clean water per 4L (if needed for workability)

Drying Time:

• Touch Dry: 30 minutes
• Recoat: 2–3 hours
• Full Cure: 7 days (for complete waterproofing performance)

Coverage:

20–25 square meters per 4L per coat (depending on surface texture and porosity)

Safety & Clean-Up:

• Use in a well-ventilated area
• Clean tools with water immediately after use
