Overview

Davies® EpoPatch™ is a two-component, epoxy-based repair putty formulated for structural patching, leveling, and filling of defects on concrete, metal, wood, and masonry surfaces. Engineered for superior adhesion, strength, and chemical resistance, this non-shrinking putty is ideal for industrial, commercial, and heavy-duty repair applications.

EpoPatch™ cures to a hard, durable mass that can be sanded, drilled, or painted—making it perfect for restoring damaged surfaces, leveling uneven areas, and repairing cracks, holes, chips, and surface spalls in structural substrates.

Recommended Uses

• Repairing cracks, holes, and chips on concrete floors or walls
• Leveling surfaces before applying floor coatings or tiles

Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Ensure surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, grease, and loose material. For best results, roughen smooth surfaces before application.

Mixing Instructions:

Combine Part A (Resin) and Part B (Hardener) in the recommended ratio. Mix thoroughly until color is uniform. Use within the pot life (30–45 minutes, depending on ambient temperature).

Application Method:

Apply using a putty knife, trowel, or spatula. Press firmly into voids and smooth as needed.

Curing Time:

• Initial Set: 1–2 hours
• Sandable: 3–5 hours
• Full Cure: 24 hours

Sanding & Finishing:

Once cured, EpoPatch™ can be sanded, ground, drilled, or overcoated with epoxy, polyurethane, or acrylic coatings.

Coverage:

Varies depending on thickness of application; approx. 1–1.5 square meters per 1 kg at 1 mm thickness

Finish:

Smooth, paintable gray finish after full cure

Safety & Clean-Up:

• Use gloves and safety gear when handling
• Work in a well-ventilated area
• Clean tools with Davies® Epoxy Reducer or solvent before curing
• Do not reuse mixed material once it begins to harden
• Store unmixed components in a cool, dry place
• Keep out of reach of children
