Davies® Epoxy Enamel is a two-component, epoxy-based enamel paint designed to provide a durable, chemical-resistant, and highly adhesive finish for concrete, metal, wood, and other hard surfaces. Engineered for industrial, marine, and heavy-duty environments, this high-performance coating offers superior protection against abrasion, corrosion, oil, water, and mild chemicals.
It cures to a tough, glossy finish that is ideal for warehouses, factory floors, tanks, structural steel, equipment, marine components, and other demanding applications. Recommended for both interior and sheltered exterior use, Davies® Epoxy Enamel delivers long-term performance in harsh conditions.

Application Guidelines
Surface Preparation:
Ensure surface is clean, dry, and free from rust, oil, grease, laitance, and old paint. For metal, sandblast or wire-brush to bare metal; for concrete, acid-etching or mechanical profiling is recommended.
Priming:
Use Davies® Epoxy Primer or EpoSeal on porous or unsealed surfaces for optimal bonding.
Mixing Instructions:
Mix Part A (Base) and Part B (Hardener) in the recommended ratio. Stir thoroughly until uniformly blended. Only mix what can be used within the pot life (2–3 hours).

Brush, roller, or spray
Thinning:
Use Davies® Epoxy Reducer as needed (typically 5–10%) depending on application method
Drying Time:
- Touch Dry: 2–4 hours
- Recoat: 8–12 hours
- Full Cure: 5–7 days (depending on temperature and film thickness)
Coverage:
8–10 square meters per liter per coat (depending on substrate and application method)
Finish:
High-gloss, smooth finish
Pack Sizes:
Available in 1L, 4L, and 16L (2-component set: Part A + Part B)
Color Options:

Topcoat Compatibility:
Can be used as:

Safety & Clean-Up:
- Flammable – keep away from heat and flame
- Use only with adequate ventilation or appropriate PPE
- Avoid contact with skin or eyes
- Clean tools with Davies® Epoxy Reducer before paint cures
- Store unmixed components in tightly sealed containers
- Keep out of reach of children
