Davies® Epoxy Enamel Non-Toxic White DV-90-01 is a high-performance, two-component epoxy-based coating specially formulated for interior surfaces requiring chemical resistance, washability, and hygiene. With its non-toxic formulation and hard, glossy white finish, it’s ideal for use in hospitals, laboratories, food processing areas, clean rooms, kitchens, and other sanitary environments.

This enamel offers excellent resistance to water, chemicals, grease, and cleaning solvents, while its durable epoxy base ensures long-lasting protection even under repeated washing and high humidity conditions. It provides a smooth, easy-to-clean surface that supports strict cleanliness and safety standards.

Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Ensure surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, and loose material. New concrete should be cured for at least 28 days. Sand glossy surfaces to improve adhesion.

Mixing Instructions:

Mix Part A (Base) and Part B (Hardener) in the recommended ratio (usually 4:1 by volume). Stir thoroughly until mixture is uniform. Use within pot life (typically 4–6 hours).

Application Methods:

Brush, roller, or spray

Thinning:

Use Davies® Epoxy Reducer as needed (5–10% depending on method)

Drying Time:

  • Touch Dry: 2–4 hours
  • Recoat: 8–12 hours
  • Full Cure: 7 days

Coverage:

20–25 square meters per 4L set per coat (depending on surface)

Glossy White

Topcoat Compatibility:

  • Clean tools immediately with Davies® Epoxy Reducer
  • Do not return unused mixed product into container
