Davies® Flat Wall Enamel is a premium alkyd-based flat finish paint specially formulated for interior and exterior concrete, masonry, and drywall surfaces. Designed to deliver a smooth, matte appearance, it provides excellent hiding power, long-lasting color retention, and good durability in both residential and commercial settings.

Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dirt, oil, grease, mildew, or flaking paint. New masonry must be cured for at least 28 days before painting.

Priming:

Use Davies Concrete Primer or Davies Alkyd Flat Wall Primer for bare masonry and porous surfaces.

Application Methods:

Brush, roller, or spray

Thinning:

• Brush/Roller: May be used as is, or thin with Davies® Paint Thinner (up to 10%)
• Spray: Thin as needed for proper atomization

Drying Time:

• Touch Dry: 2–3 hours
• Recoat: 8–12 hours

Coverage:

25–30 square meters per 4L per coat, depending on surface porosity and application method
