Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from grease, oil, rust, or loose material. Sand glossy areas for better adhesion.

Mixing Instructions:

Mix the base compound with the included hardener (usually at a 100:2 ratio by weight). Stir thoroughly until uniform in color.

Application:

Apply using a plastic or metal putty knife. Press firmly into defects and spread evenly. Avoid excessive buildup.

Drying Time:

• Initial Set: 5–10 minutes (depending on temperature)
• Sanding Time: 15–30 minutes after application

Sanding & Painting:

Once fully cured, sand with 80–120 grit for shaping, then finish with finer grit if needed. Surface is ready for primer or topcoat.

Coverage:

Depends on thickness and surface size (approx. 1–2 square meters per kg at 1mm thickness)

Finish:

Smooth, sandable surface (requires topcoat or sealant)
