Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, rust, mildew, or flaking paint. Sand glossy surfaces to ensure proper adhesion. New concrete must be fully cured for at least 28 days.

Priming:

• For wood: Use Davies Wood Primer
• For metal: Use Davies Metal Primer
• For masonry: Use Davies Concrete Primer

Application Methods:

Brush, roller, or spray

Thinning:

• Brush/Roller: May be applied as is or thin with Davies® Paint Thinner (up to 10%)
• Spray: Thin as needed to achieve proper spray consistency

Drying Time:

• Touch Dry: 2–3 hours
• Recoat: 8–12 hours

Coverage:

25–30 square meters per 4L per coat, depending on surface texture and absorption
