Davies® Keramifloor™ is a high-build, ceramic-filled epoxy floor coating designed for industrial, commercial, and high-traffic areas that demand superior durability, chemical resistance, and long-term performance. Engineered for maximum strength and surface protection, Keramifloor™ offers a seamless, non-porous finish that resists abrasion, impact, oils, grease, and harsh chemicals.

Its dense, ceramic-enhanced formulation makes it ideal for factories, warehouses, food processing facilities, automotive workshops, and other critical environments where traditional floor paints fail. The result is a tough, glossy surface that is easy to clean, low-maintenance, and built to last.

Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Surface must be structurally sound, dry, and free from oil, grease, dust, and loose material. Mechanical surface profiling (grinding or shot blasting) is highly recommended for best adhesion. New concrete must cure for at least 28 days.

Mixing Instructions:

Combine Part A (Base) and Part B (Hardener) in the correct ratio as indicated. Mix thoroughly using a low-speed mechanical mixer until fully uniform. Use within the working pot life (typically 45–60 minutes).

Application Methods:

Trowel, roller, or squeegee (depending on system thickness)

Drying & Curing Time:

• Tack-Free: 6–8 hours
• Light Foot Traffic: 24 hours
• Full Cure & Chemical Resistance: 5–7 days

Coverage:

4–6 square meters per 4L set at 250–300 microns DFT (varies with surface condition and build thickness)

Finish:

Glossy, ceramic-like surface

Pack Sizes:

Available in 4L set and 16L set (includes Base and Hardener)

Color Availability:

Available in standard industrial colors such as Gray, Green, Red Oxide, and custom-matched shades (upon request)

Topcoat Compatibility:

Can be used standalone as a finishing coat or topcoated with:

• Davies® Epoxy Clear Coat for added gloss
• Davies® Non-Slip Topcoats where slip resistance is needed

Safety & Clean-Up:

• Use in well-ventilated areas or wear appropriate PPE
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes
• Clean tools and equipment with Davies® Epoxy Reducer before material cures
• Store in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight
• Keep out of reach of children
