System Components & Application Guidelines

1. Primer – Use Davies® Epoxy Primer or Keramikote Primer to ensure proper adhesion and surface sealing
2. Body Coat – Mix Part A (Base) and Part B (Hardener) in correct ratio; apply evenly using roller or brush
3. Topcoat – Apply Davies® Keramikote Clear Polyurethane Topcoat for added gloss, UV stability, and extended life

Mixing Ratio:

Refer to product packaging or technical datasheet. Typically 4:1 or 3:1 by volume depending on variant.

Application Methods:

Roller, brush, or airless spray (ensure even film build)

Pot Life:

1–2 hours (after mixing, depending on ambient temperature)

Drying Time:

• Touch Dry: 4–6 hours
• Recoat: 12–16 hours
• Full Cure: 7 days

Coverage:

20–25 square meters per 4L per coat, depending on surface porosity and thickness applied

Finish:

Glossy, ceramic-like surface

Color Availability:
