Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Ensure surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, mildew, and loose paint. New concrete must be fully cured (minimum 28 days).

Priming:

Use Davies® Concrete Primer or Davies® Liquid Penetrating Sealer to seal porous surfaces before applying topcoat.

Application Methods:

Brush, roller, or spray

Thinning:

• Brush/Roller: Use as is or thin with Davies® Paint Thinner (up to 10%)
• Spray: Thin as needed for proper sprayability

Drying Time:

• Touch Dry: 2–3 hours
• Recoat: 8–12 hours

Coverage:

25–30 square meters per 4L per coat, depending on surface texture and absorption
