Davies® Liquid Tile Cast DV-5-900 is a premium-grade alkyd-based enamel paint formulated for concrete, masonry, and similar surfaces that require a tough, glossy, and tile-like finish. Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Clean surface thoroughly. Remove dirt, dust, mildew, grease, loose paint, and other contaminants. New concrete must cure for at least 28 days before painting.

Priming:

Use Davies® Concrete Primer or Davies® Liquid Penetrating Sealer to improve adhesion and seal porous surfaces.

Application Methods:

Brush, roller, or spray

Thinning:

• Brush/Roller: May be used as is or thinned with Davies® Paint Thinner (up to 10%)
• Spray: Thin as needed to achieve desired consistency

Drying Time:

• Touch Dry: 2–3 hours
• Recoat: 8–12 hours

Coverage:

25–30 square meters per 4L per coat, depending on surface porosity and texture

Finish:

High Gloss / Ceramic-like
