Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Ensure surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, moisture, or debris. For new concrete, allow at least 28 days curing. For asphalt, ensure oils and surface glaze are removed.

Application Methods:

Spray, brush, or roller (spray recommended for uniformity on roads)

Thinning:

Use Davies® CRB Thinner as needed (typically 5–10%) for spray application

Drying Time:

• Touch Dry: 10–15 minutes
• Light Traffic: After 30–60 minutes
• Full Cure: 24 hours

Coverage:

6–8 square meters per liter per coat (depending on line width and surface texture)

Important Notes:
