Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dust, grease, rust, or loose material. Sand lightly to improve adhesion. For best results, apply over primed metal surfaces or sanded bare metal.

Application Method:

Apply using a clean putty knife or flexible applicator. Press firmly into imperfections and smooth out the surface.

Drying Time:

• Touch Dry: 15–30 minutes
• Sandable: After 30–45 minutes
• Topcoat Application: After sanding and dust removal

Sanding:

Use fine-grit sandpaper (e.g., 240–400 grit) after the surface is fully dry
