Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Ensure surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, mildew, or loose paint. New concrete must be cured for at least 28 days. Repair cracks and uneven areas with appropriate fillers or sealants.

Priming:

Use Davies® Sun & Rain® Masonry Neutralizer or a compatible acrylic primer for highly absorbent or new masonry surfaces.

Application Methods:

Brush, roller, or spray

Thinning:

Use as is, or thin with up to ½ liter of clean water per 4L (if necessary)

Drying Time:

• Touch Dry: 30 minutes
• Recoat: 2–3 hours

Coverage:

25–30 square meters per 4L per coat (depending on surface porosity)
