Overview

Davies® SuperDry™ Extreme is a latex-modified waterproofing compound designed to protect concrete, masonry, and cementitious surfaces from water penetration and moisture damage. Formulated for both positive and negative side waterproofing, SuperDry™ Extreme offers exceptional adhesion, flexibility, and durability, even under extreme weather and pressure conditions.

Ideal for basements, retaining walls, water tanks, roofs, and bathrooms, it creates a seamless waterproof barrier that resists hydrostatic pressure and cracking. When mixed with cement, this high-performance latex waterproofer forms a flexible slurry coat that effectively seals porous surfaces and hairline cracks.

Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Ensure surface is clean, sound, and free from oil, dust, loose particles, and contaminants. Dampen surface prior to application without pooling water.

Mixing Ratio (Slurry Coat):

1 part Davies® SuperDry™ Extreme to 1.5–2 parts fresh Portland cement by weight. Mix until smooth and lump-free.

Application Methods:

Brush or roller. Apply 2–3 coats in cross directions. Allow each coat to dry before applying the next.

Drying Time:

• Recoat: 4–6 hours
• Full Cure: 3–5 days
  (Protect from direct rain until fully cured)

Coverage:

5–6 square meters per 4L per coat (depending on porosity and mix ratio)

Finish:

Flat, cement-gray when mixed; slight sheen if applied thick

Available in 1L, 4L, and 16L

Color:

Milky white in liquid form (dries clear or gray when mixed with cement)

Can be topcoated with:

• Davies® Sun & Rain Elastomeric Paint
• Davies® Concrete Topcoats or Tiles
• Cement-based plasters or screeds

Safety & Clean-Up:

• Non-flammable and low odor
• Wear gloves and protective gear during mixing and application
• Clean tools and spills with water immediately after use
• Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place
• Keep out of reach of children
