Davies® Traffic Paint DV-65-00 is a premium-grade, alkyd-based reflectorized traffic paint formulated to provide maximum nighttime visibility and superior durability for various pavement marking applications. It is designed with high-performance white pigments and integrated glass beads to deliver a reflective finish that enhances road safety and visibility under vehicle headlights.

Ideal for roadways, parking lots, intersections, and pedestrian areas, this fast-drying paint adheres strongly to both asphalt and concrete, ensuring long-term performance even under heavy traffic and exposure to harsh outdoor conditions.

Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Surface must be clean, dry, and free from grease, dust, and loose particles. Remove old failing coatings. For concrete, acid etching or priming may be required for optimal adhesion.

Application Method:

Apply using brush, roller, or airless spray. Stir thoroughly before use to evenly disperse glass beads.

Thinning:

Thin with Davies® Traffic Paint Reducer if needed (up to 10% for spray applications)

Drying Time:

• Touch Dry: 10–15 minutes
• Light Traffic: 30–60 minutes
• Full Cure: 24 hours

Coverage:

6–7 square meters per liter per coat (depending on surface roughness and application thickness)

Flat white with embedded reflectorized glass beads

• Store in a cool, dry area with tightly closed lid
