Overview

Davies® Wall Art Textura™ is a high-build, decorative textured coating designed to transform plain walls into visually striking, tactile surfaces. Formulated for both interior and exterior use, this professional-grade finish allows for endless creative effects—from subtle texture to bold relief—depending on application technique.

Wall Art Textura™ is alkali- and weather-resistant, making it suitable for concrete, cement plaster, drywall, masonry, and wood. It is often used in homes, offices, commercial buildings, accent walls, and design features to add depth, character, and a designer finish to vertical surfaces.

Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Ensure surface is clean, dry, sound, and free from dust, oil, or loose material. Prime with Davies® Concrete Primer or suitable undercoat before application.

Application Method:

Apply using a steel trowel, spatula, or textured roller. Texture pattern depends on tool used and application style. May be further enhanced with Davies® topcoats for color and protection.

Drying Time:

• Surface Dry: 2–4 hours
• Recoat / Topcoat: 12–24 hours (depending on thickness)
• Full Cure: 7 days

Coverage:

2–3 square meters per liter per coat (depending on texture and thickness)

Finish:

Matte, textured (customizable pattern)

Color:

Off-white base (designed to be topcoated with latex, elastomeric, or decorative finishes)

Can be tinted or coated with color glaze for enhanced decorative effects
