Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation:

Ensure surface is dry, clean, and free of grease, oil, rust, or loose paint. Sand glossy surfaces for better adhesion.

Mixing Instructions:

Mix filler with the provided hardener (usually a red or blue paste) in a ratio of approximately 100:2 by weight (about a pea-sized amount of hardener per golf ball-sized filler). Stir until the mixture has a uniform color.

Application:

Apply with a plastic or metal spreader. Fill the defect area and feather the edges for smooth blending.

Drying Time:

  • Initial Set: 5–10 minutes
  • Sandable: After 20–30 minutes (depending on temperature and thickness)

Sanding & Painting:

Sand with 80–120 grit for shaping, then finer grits for finishing. Compatible with most primers and topcoats after sanding.

Coverage:

Varies by surface and thickness (approx. 1–2 m² per kg at 1mm thick)

Finish:

Smooth, sandable matte finish (requires primer/topcoat)

Pack Sizes:

Available in 250g, 500g, 1kg, and 4kg sets (includes hardener)

Color:

Light beige or gray (color may vary slightly based on formulation)

Safety & Clean-Up:

  • Use in a well-ventilated area
  • Wear gloves, goggles, and a dust mask
  • Avoid prolonged skin contact or inhalation of sanding dust
  • Clean tools with acetone or lacquer thinner before the filler hardens
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and flame
  • Keep out of reach of children
